Fitness Test in a minute

Today i am going to share a test by which you can measure your own fitness. For this, you not need to go any fitness center. yeah!!!  You can do it at home & you can do it without any instrument.

So let's get started.

Oh! man, before get started we must know that why do you exercise? Whether you want to increase your energy, reduce your health risks, or lose some unwanted pounds, do you ever wonder if all that working out is working for you? That's where fitness assessments come in, and they can be great motivational tools to help you reach your goals.

So now we come to the point. The test is very easy, just follow the following instructions.

 (1 minute Test)

Equipment needed:
  1. A stop watch or timer that can measure one full minute.
  2. A friend to help keep count and time you (optional)

Starting Position:

Start with hands shoulder width apart on the floor and up on your toes, so that your body is supported, keeping your body as straight as possible.

hand position
Your leg position is as like as the following picture. You also keep it straight.

Main part:
Now, the main part is just begin. Hold yourself as tight as you can.  You must keep your body position straight at least 1 minute to pass the test.

What this measures:
This test measure your strength and endurance in your chest, shoulders, and triceps.

Scoring:
You can count your fitness by the following list.

If you can hold yourself straight up to 1 minute = you pass the test.
If you can hold yourself straight up to 3 minutes =  you are an ironman.
If you can hold yourself straight up to 5 minutes =  man, you are awesome as like as superman.
If you can hold yourself straight less than 1 minutes =  you are fail.

Maybe you’ll find that you’re doing really well. But even if you weren't able to do enough reps to register on the chart, that's OK. Everyone starts somewhere! Just try to improve gradually over time from where you started. Remember, you are looking for improvement in yourself, regardless of what a chart says or how many repetitions someone else can do.

How to improve:
To improve yourself, you must be confident that you must do it.

If you like this test, please share it so that others can perform it.

Thanks.
